F4F Yu-Gi-Oh Announcement!

• Alex pissed himself so hard when he went to the bathroom that his shirt changed–to a Yu-Gi-Oh shirt! BOOM! Merry Christmas #1: Yu-Gi-Oh collectibles are officially coming from First 4 Figures! Concept-wise deep in the works already! Not yet physical, but working towards approval to get Dark Magician, Blue Eyes White Dragon and others there!
• In 2016, members said “Yu-Gi-No” to Yu-Gi-Oh. But by 2017, it turned to “Yu-Gi-Yes”! Over a year ago at 4K Media in New York City during New York Comic Con 2017! Alex took his legendary throne photo at this time!
• Didn’t want to announce Yu-Gi-Oh at 50K members in the OCC, as the concept work wasn’t far enough along yet and the statues were too far away from being revealed
• Chockles and Alex are brothers from different mothers [and fathers]!
• Aku Aku Mask, Shovel Knight and Fighter Kirby (replacements and end of edition) are all in production right now
• Alex hopes that the acquisition of the Yu-Gi-Oh license will bring more people into the group and there will be crossover with other anime properties. Alex is pumped!
• “It won’t just be resins. At least that’s the plan–don’t quote me on that!”
• At the time when F4F went for the Yu-Gi-Oh licenses, PVCs weren’t really on their radar yet, but Alex wants to expand if possible.

Spyro Reignited Resin Statue Sneak Peek!

• A little bit bigger than the OG Spyro; significantly bigger presence because of larger base and how Spyro is spread out
• Alex really wanted to capture that cheeky smile Spyro has this time, having captured two of his other expressions on previous statues

Dark Souls Busts Announcement! Artorias Life Size Bust!

• Alex really wants to try more with Life Size Busts; F4F has done it with Amaterasu, but one that Alex really wanted to think about doing was something in the Dark Souls range; thought about this while messing about with the Dark Souls SD Ornstein PVC and admiring it; wanted to experiment a little bit more with LSBs
• Happy to say that Dark Souls busts are in the works! A lot further along than you can imagine!
• Artorias the Abysswalker Life-Size & Grand-Scale Busts are coming to F4F! A fantastic piece First 4 Figures has been working on in the background! This is the physical prototype–not a 3D render! Has been submitted and is awaiting feedback and approval!
• Artorias will be leading the charge for busts; hoping to apply this concept to other ranges as well
• “Grand scale busts” will be a smaller size; still have significant presence, but not ginormous like life-size busts; will allow F4F to hit two price points
• Would love to see Ornstein or Sif Busts; Zelda Busts (such as Zant LSB); etc!
• Alex really wants to see busts go across the different ranges
• “Can you imagine a life-size Fullmetal Alchemist Al bust?”

F4F Conker’s Bad Fur Day Statue Reveal & Details:

• The Conker on Throne EX statue will be revealed at 11AM EST sharp this morning, and will go up for order at the end of the livestream! Stay tuned for all the details once Conker is unveiled on the show!
• “Look at Conker’s beautiful bushy tail!”
• “He’s got some sexy curves!”
• “Look at how cute–and pissed off–Conker is!”
• It was obvious from the teaser video that First4Figures would be doing this pose of King Conker, as that scene bookends the video game (it starts and ends with it)
• It was a choice between King Conker on throne and Military Style Conker with Helmet, but it wasn’t much of a consideration–it was really always going to be this pose
• Didn’t have to think much about the pose: sitting on the throne was a simple choice to make
• Lots of details on this statue that the webcam can’t pick up–refer to the 4K video from the documentary and the official hi-res photos after the stream to see all of Conker at his best
• Wouldn’t make sense to make the throne quite to the scale as it is in the game–that would be a big chunk of money for just the throne itself, which is not what F4F wanted to do
• There are three elements to this throne: 1) the beautiful leathery feeling of the cushions; 2) the wooden brown surface texture of the wooden chair; 3) the golden color of the ornamental spheres on the chair

Conker Exclusive Edition!:

• As usual, there’s a Conker Exclusive version available for order only through the F4F website!
• What’s the exclusive edition feature this time out? A metal coin with Conker’s eyes replaced with dollar signs! Gorgeous! Also will come with a little stand to hold the EX Conker coin!

Conker Definitive Edition!:

• For those who want an even larger and more game-accurate King Conker, the Definitive Edition will also be available! Includes a large footrest to add to the throne, plus a large stone dais platform for the throne to sit upon!
