• Alex started watching a show on YouTube called “Naked Attraction” that blows his mind because there are uncensored man and lady parts in the show; Peggy walked in on Alex watching it and it was awkward and she was like “I’ll come back”. “Awk-ward!!”

• Sub-150 Numbers: 2 Minutes and 37 Seconds or less
• Sub-100 Numbers: 55.7 Seconds or less

• There’s a snafu for those who ordered Snake via the GamesCom pre-order pack; F4F will look into it before numbers are allocated
• Alex has been very busy this week with secret licensor phone calls and other things he’ll talk about later
• Factories are ready for Alex to come and see pre-production samples of Aku Aku Mask and Shovel Knight

The Q&A!:

• “We’re working our asses off. Only two weeks left!” — Chocks
• It wouldn’t make sense to create an entire line of niche statues: “I’m not here to gamble with peoples’ livelihood.”; There’s an opportunity cost–why ever devote resources to projects that will endanger the companies’ future instead of more popular projects?
• Jet Black waiting to be photographed; PO expected within a couple of months
• Alex just approved of the polyfoam packaging for Spike today
• Crystal Dragon is coming along nicely at the Spike factory; going into production pretty soon; Mini Crystal Dragons as well
• Mario on Yoshi pre-order next? Alex has no idea what the next statue to be revealed will be.
• Alex takes the MTR to the office; one stop; very convenient; just 35 minutes from his home to the office; usually gets into work at around 10AM and leaves at 6:20PM because that’s when dinner time is with the family; then checks E-Mails and works at home until around 2:30-3:00AM
• Alex recently got a FitBit that tells him about his lack of sleep
• Would definitely need to reassess the pose for Modern Metal Sonic; definitely won’t be the same pose as classic Metal Sonic
• Nothing new to report on Sonic or anime
• No Zelda news today
• No new information on Fullmetal Alchemist
• No ability to roll shipping costs into payment plans at this time; not possible with the payment system that F4F uses right now, but will look into it
• Let’s see how Sonic TF does; maybe another modern Sonic can be done if the Sonic TF PVC does well
• There can be an official poll for the Modern Sonic line to see how characters rank against each other
• There was this girl Serena who made this Shrek post that “Shrek is Love; Shrek is Life”; “F4F is Love; F4F is Life” is a take on that
• Does Alex still get a thrill going to the factories to check on production? “It’s not about the thrill, my friend–it’s about protecting my rear end and making sure statues are the quality they’re supposed to be.”
• Web team is working on the new website itself
• Factory will start on Psycho Mantis after Alucard is fully done; ramping up now after Chinese New Year
• Midna production hasn’t started yet; No Zelda news
• No updates on Shiranui production–in two weeks time-ish we’ll start seeing stuff from the factories again, as they’re still ramping up
• Alex used CNY for a lot of internal reflection and planning for getting from Point A to Point B
• No idea how many items may debut at Emerald City Comic Con
• Nito pre-order–not sure when it’ll be ready for PO; it has to look right and has a very unique design so Alex isn’t sure when it will be ready
• Production won’t be delayed by Alphonse not reaching 10 Gold bars; won’t affect the rest of the line
• Plush news? Not yet.
• No updates on  Devil May Cry or any potential Castlevania SD line
• “Can’t we just do this Slayers poll some time?”
• Oki is next for Okami, not Chibiterasu
• No problems matching Ivy’s hair color shade
• Expect four official F4F staff at ECCC; plus Dabid and Brenton
• Negotiations for Darksiders going very well!
• Never considered having a green Chaos Emerald in Shadow the Hedgehog’s hand
• No plans for a Crystal Dragon PVC
• Maybe there’s a reason that there’s no merchandise of Sonic wearing the Hi-Speed shoes
• No news is good news on Phoenix Wright. Or is it not good news? No news is no news.
• The next Sonic Boom PVC combo will be Classic Amy Rose and Super Sonic; GNF Toyz was in the office this week and F4F is really excited about that
• No update on Mini Crystal Dragons
• It would be a disservice for the Snake Codec bust to not have lights integrated
• Alex has been trying for the Pokemon license for many years: “Not catch ’em all–catch any!”
• Mario on Yoshi number will match the number you have for Bowser if you authenticate Bowser when he arrives
• Don’t have the final edition size for Banjo-Kazooie EX yet
• No sneak peeks of the new website yet
• Alex isn’t sure any factory is way ahead of schedule besides the Spike factory
• Very unlikely Alphonse will hit 10 Gold bars; will eventually have a Last Chance Week before production
